"I have had severe medical problems over the last 4 years including going into cardiac arrest and spending a week in a coma. Through these difficult times I find myself constantly at the pharmacy getting prescriptions written . In the past couple of years, I have been forced to work with this Rite Aide pharmacy due to the fact that it is difficult to get my medication and it has been a complete nightmare. The Pharmacist along with the other woman in this department are miserable people. They are rude and I always leave their crying as not having the medication causes severe problems with my health which in turns causes anxiety problems. If you have an option on your pharmacy, please save yourself the headache and don't use them. This month they decided I couldn't fill my prescription for another day. Some of these medications cause sever issues if not taken. Now if the people that worked in this pharmacy were even a little friendly it would make it slightly more understanding, never acceptable when they are dealing with our health but understanding. The pharmacist is the worst and should never be put in front of people. She needs to be hidden away on a desk job where she doesn't have client interaction. Please think twice about having prescriptions sent here."

"The blonde pharmacist is MUCH nicer than she used to be. No complaints with her. The drive up window helper is consistently rude and dismissive. She did not say one word to me, not a single word, the entire time I was in the drive-up. Not a hello, hold on, thank you, have a nice day….nothing. I do not think she likes people, she is in the wrong line of work in a customer service position."

"This is the Rite Aid I use weekly. It's very clean and orderly. The sales staff is helpful and friendly. If I am looking for something, the employee will walk with me back to the shelf. Many other drugstores will point and say isle 4 or 5. and off to search on my own. My perspiration is filled almost immediately. Sometimes, there is a short wait, but you look and all of the associates are all working."
