"I was wondering why this store was near empty then something told me to check the ratings of this store and low and behold the bad reviews matched the stupidity I witnessed at the store with my own two eyes. I thought it was a joke that the moment I walked into the store, I had a Rite Aid employee announce on the intercom to do a security check on the aisles and I was like the only customer in the store. My original intention was to buy black tea and some ice cream in peace without making it too obvious. On the way out, I was told to provide my phone number so I can get the Rite Aid discount on the 2nd ice cream for the half off discount. To my surprise, my phony phone number I made up actually worked and I told the guy, thank you for the discount because that was the only reason why I came to this store instead of Superior foods which is right next door. The same Rite Aid store employee (mexican guy with glasses) had the nerve to call the security guard on his small device and say the blonde hair guy is now leaving the store. I was too shocked to say anything and was wondering why my blonde hair would have anything to do with me buying anything inside my own country at an American store. I will never go to this store again, and I never felt so discriminated in my own country. From now on, I am going to Superior foods just to spend the extra $4.00 on Ice-Cream. -Michael Dufour"

"Rude and awful customer service. If I can I would give it 0 stars as of right now. This guy that works there I saw his name tag and said his name is Ricardo. I don’t know who he is or who he thinks he is to be giving attitude to customers. For a while now there’s been awful customer service from the people that work there. From Ricardo I’ve gone multiple times to this rite aid and it’s always the same ugly attitude from him and other workers."

"I just got my prescription transferred to rite aid and called to see if my prescription was ready I was on hold for 40 minutes I mean no one pick up at all in the pharmacy I had to call the store twice and told them that nobody was even picking up. I finally talked to someone up front and they got ahold of pharmacy and they finally picked up."
