"FD is the place to shop, if you don't care about customer support or warranties. We found FD via Google shopping for a unique Watts valve. Unfortunately, the valve came in dead on arrival. FD won't reply any of the emails, when we finally got them on the phone, they pushed us to the MFG. When MFG doesn't have a solution and told us go back to the origin point of sales, FD starts the dodging, pushing and accusation mode. Wish we read the google review on FD earlier, so we didn't have to deal with this."

"TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!! Website will say the parts are available but they are not! I made an order and the part said it was available, just for me to get a phone call a WEEK later to say the part is not in stock and that I would get the parts in two days. Well it’s been two weeks and no parts. Take your business to Ferguson. If they don’t have the parts they can order it for you in matter of seconds and have it by your front door no later than 3 days."

Naturally, I sought to return the item for a refund or exchange, only to be met with an unexpected obstacle: FaucetDepot's rigid return policy. To my dismay, I was informed that once the part was installed, regardless of its operational status, it became ineligible for return. This clause was conspicuously absent from their return policy, leaving me feeling deceived and trapped with a defective product. Despite presenting the part in its pristine condition, FaucetDepot adamantly refused to offer any form of compensation, not even store credit. Adding insult to injury, my attempt to return the item occurred merely one day after I tried it. It's incredulous that FaucetDepot would uphold such inflexible policies, especially given the circumstances. The lack of empathy and flexibility displayed by FaucetDepot's customer service team is deeply disappointing. Their unwillingness to accommodate a legitimate grievance reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. As a result of this experience, I urge fellow consumers to exercise caution when dealing with FaucetDepot. While their products may appear promising, their customer service and return policies fall short of expectations. In conclusion, my interaction with FaucetDepot has been nothing short of regrettable. Proceed with caution, as the convenience of purchasing from this retailer may come at the cost of unresolved issues and customer dissatisfaction."

"0 stars, One of the worst experiences with trying to order material. Called to make sure a item was is stock and ready to ship and was told it was already in the warehouse they ship out of, great, place online order and then nothing, called to check on status and was told order never went thru, however there was a charge on the card and no explanation on how the charges appeared but no order was placed. The first call I was told there was no way to look into it without a order number, so I call the credit card company and they provide a reference number provided by “ faucet depot” ( yes lowercase for a lowercase company) and call back and finally speak to a “ manager “ and she finds the order info, but again can’t explain what happened. What kind of company is this???"

"This used to be a decent and reliable outfit but recently their customer service has gone the tube and they sale counterfeit products. Open boxes and defective. When you ask for return and replacement of a defective product, they send you back to the manufacturer even though they are the one who collected the money from you. They send you half dozen emails and phone call to check on address that used on your account for years and as recent as a week ago. Tottlay not recomending this outfit. Anywhere is better than here. Now I have my project is on hold. They dodge me and the manufacturer says says contact Faucet Depot. Spent the money and bought lots of hassle instead."
