"Been going here for over 8 years as a loyal customer and this place has lost that customer. Mix up today on my order and when brought to the staff....first response was not to assist but went on defensive quick.... What happened to customer is always right?? Was willing to pay for what I needed....then gentleman from behind the clerks stepped up and told me he would take back the 2 pieces I received and give me 1 piece of what I wanted. Told me to meet me where you pick up the materials and never showed up. The workers then told me with attitude they would fix nothing...even after the guy from the office offered assistance. Cash paying customer for years taking business elsewhere."
