"The iced coffee machine is never stocked. I come in the morning and ask if it can be refilled and the manager/supervisor (?) Hasan says they don’t have anymore. He’s nice about it, but when I come in the next day, it’s the same deal. I come in at different times and it’s never stocked. I overheard him recently tell a customer that he doesn’t refill it because it’s a hassle to clean it and refill it and that he stated he especially doesn’t keep it stocked when 7-11 has their $1 iced coffee promotion because its “a waste of money” and he doesn’t want to keep cleaning it up. Just went there this week and now the iced coffee machine has an “out of order” sign. All these things have literally been going on for so long now, I had to tell many of my coworkers at the nearby medical offices to not even bother going there anymore. Better to pay a little more for Starbucks down the street then having to deal with this every time."

"The young Arab man that works in the early morning has no social skills. He doesn't greet the customers when they speak, it's almost as if it's painful for him to say good morning after being spoken to. Also, he's always on his phone using his Bluetooth. Often times when I come to this location (between 4am and 5am) there's always a paper written "closed sign for 25 minutes" posted on the entrance by this young Arab man, making it highly inconvenient. I miss the older Arab man who use to work early mornings. There was very briefly a young Hispanic/Latino who was very polite, and gave excellent customer service, he needs to work often or they should bring him back to this location.."

"It's okay. No sausage biscuits or breakfast sandwiches here, ever. Prices on water are all over the place and not correct. You got the 7 eleven brand water listed under the good water, making you think it's cheaper. So it's "just okay""
