"This Ross hasn’t changed much. It’s still a little ghetto with thieves inside. We walked into the shoe aisle and the alert on a pair shoes was ringing about. Nobody decided to stop the alarm. It just kept ringing. They’ve really improved on organizing and such but the aisles look very empty now. Like there are hardly any products on the shelves. There are name brand bags just like the other stores so I guess it’s not too bad. However, me and my sisters encountered a creep with a stroller in this store (something I know they can’t control). Watch your children and be aware of the ghettoness before you enter. The prices are really good, though, so if you’re looking for something cheap then this is your place."
