7-Eleven

"I’m new to the area but I’ve been a 7 eleven customer for idk how long! I came here and got hot water , I’m usually charged 1$ or $2. The man rang me up for 4$ and I asked why a small cup was $4 ? He started screaming at me to put the water back and take the stuff outta my purse. I showed him my purse and I said I have 4 creamers because of the hot water. 7 eleven never charges me for creamer because I am purchasing hot water or coffee. So he still screaming it’s .10 each so I said OKAY ILL BUY THEM. He continue to scream and tell me to put everything back and just get out of the store. I’m so embarrassed because there is literally five other customers behind me and I’m telling this guy I will pay for the creamer and the coffee. It’s not a problem he did not care. He even came from behind the counter and ran up on me like he was going to hit me. I got so scared. I started to cry and just put the water down. I’m glad it didn’t spill on me because I did take off the lid to show him. It’s just hot water so I was confused on why I was being charged 4$ dollars. I’ve never been so embarrassed. I calmed down and went to the 7 eleven up the street and did the same exact thing and they charged me $2.19 … The creamer was free! I kept my receipt! But after all the customers left I went back in and told him how embarrassing that was and he still yelled at me to leave as I asked for the manager name. If management reads this, he needs to be fired! Look at your cameras and few mins before the time on my recite. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS , HE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING!"

"2 seprate wmployes on two diffrent days tried to addnitems to my purchaes. Noth played dumb when called out, both acted as though it was because i didnt enter my number in the reward program, but they both added dounuths and somethong else to my transaction. PAY ATTENTION, AND COMPLAINE TO 7-11 CORPORATE IF THIS HAS HAPPEND TO TOY"

"Insanely rude employees. One of the cashiers snatched my yoshinoya bag from my hand and opened it thinking I stole something. Then when I asked to pay half in cash and half on card he charged me the whole sum of everything on my card and tried to keep the cash I gave him, rushing me out of the store for the next customer. Unacceptable behavior from any store representative and such a smart mouth as well. Never going there again."

"This 711 is dirty, unprofessional, and unsanitary. All the workers here are dumb and can’t even speak English. They need to go to school and find a better job. And this 711 should employee people that have some kind of customer service experience. If this was the last 711 in the entire world, I still wouldn’t purchase anything here because of their performance. It’s HORRIBLE !!!!!"
