"I am writing a review not because I shopped here but because one of the lovely workers was able to help me in a time in distress. My car had broken down and my phone had died and I walked to any business that could help me and after being rejected by a couple people Im glad I walked into this establishment as one of the young ladies who worked there let me charge my phone. If it weren’t for her I probably would have been stranded in the heat for hours. A little kindness in a time of need makes a huge difference in someone’s day and it makes it known that this is also a business thats genuine. And if you’re looking for a health store with kind workers id recommend this place. An honest business with honest workers."

"I have been following and considering LL for almost a year. Finally put in a good order of 8 or so products. Almost $300. So far I have received two items: pearl spatula and the yoni petals oil. The spatula was not wrapped up, just in a plastic baggy and the two products came inside of a loose bag package. The spatula arrived broken, understandably so. The yoni oil smells like very old oil. I know this smell from doing my semi annual cabinet clean out of products. Old mixed oils all have the same scent to me. Not one scent comes through. I was really hoping it would smell like rose, or something, anything nice. Not one note is detectable, kind of smells like castor oil with old faint bergamont. I am really hoping the rest of the products have nice smells and the company responds to me about the spatula."

"The boutique was nicely laid out but I had a very strange experience here. I called ahead and the associate, who sounded drugged out, said I had to make an appt. Weird, but ok. I said how about x tim?. As if it was a doctors appt she took like 30 seconds to look and was like "yes we can get you in then. You will only have a 30 min shopping window" I said thats fine, I only need toothpaste. (This isnt a wedding dress try on at saks for pete's sake) Let's preface this story that parking is very difficult, so by the time I got in the store I would have liked to taken my time. I come to the store and its two sales people and me for a 30 min appointment. They are literally just standing there awkwardly while I shop. I get what I wanted, and start to look around. "Are you ready to check out?" - associate #1 while the other one literally does nothing. She has nothing to do there "No, I'm looking around" - me "Ok, well you made an appointment" - associate "Um I have 20 minutes left in my appointment?" - Me "Oh ok well do you want to look around?" - me "Not really anymore, this has been really strange" - me Leaves store. At this point I have no idea why the ratio was multiple sales people to one customer and why I had to be the eonly person shopping for 30 minutes. Again nothing against the company, I just do not know how this store stays in business with this model."
