"I went into the store at 4:30 pm and was immediately greeted by Brandon. I wanted to upgrade my older Apple phone. I looked at the various phones, features and base colors. Brandon was knowledgeable about the various plans and discounts. He was able to reduce my monthly bill while upgrading my phone. Half hour later I was out the door. My visit was pleasant, the store has a pleasant atmosphere and layout of products available, no chemical or food odors. It’s nice to experience that AT&T continues to hire great employees."
