Also mine was packed in a bag that allowed it to slide off the bottom box and the egg yolk broke and soaked into the cardboard container. Beef was cooked properly but not super flavorful."

Despite ordering the Nashville Hot with Parmesan fries in advance, the wait was extended, and upon finally getting my meal, it was disappointingly cold. The cheese on the fries had solidified, and while the brioche bun was good, the chicken piece felt small in comparison. The sandwich was average, and I've had better elsewhere, like the Chick-fil-A sandwich. Overall, the value didn't measure up, and the sauce lacked memorability. I recently tried Dave's Hot Chicken, and its higher quality and genuine spiciness make it a preferable choice for my next meal. The only good thing was their signature Pomegranate Berry Lemonade."
