"Owner is not welcoming at all & just rude overall. I bought a quinceañera crown from here & then realized some diamonds were missing and a piece was broken. She did not want to refund me & instead said she would call me when she got a similar crown in. She never called nor answered my phone calls or replied to my messages. I went several times to look for her & always found the place closed. Would not recommend this place at all!"

"If I can rate 0 star, I would! Please do not go here for business. They are very unorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. The owner (Norma) doesn’t write out contracts. Instead, she scibbles down a bunch of notes of what customers ask for, into one of her many notebooks on her desk. The receipt she writes out is not in detailed. She just writes the color of the event and amount paid for. I went in to this shop back in February to ask if she can decorate for an event I had in May. She says YES and showed me pictures of all the different types of events she decorated and put together. I decided to go with this shop for my event. We had a verbal agreement and the package I purchased included: 10 ROUND tables covered with ivory linen and gold overlays 10 ROUND tables covered with ivory linen and eggplant purple overlays 150 chairs covered with gold and eggplant purple sashes (we already have the chairs) 8 feet main table decor and backdrop extending behind the main table Norma was to come setup 6 pm the night before and come back at 7 pm the following day to take everything down. The day before the event, I stopped by the shop to make sure she was going to be at the hall at 6 pm. She says YES and asked what kind of tables I needed again. I told her it was 20 round tables and she looked at me confused and said “Really? Okay.” And she took another one of her many notebooks and wrote it down. 6 pm came around, she never showed up. Norma shows up close to 8 pm. She told me she wasn’t going to set it up that night because her husband had to work late. I was understanding and told her that it was no problem, the morning time will be fine. My event starts at 2 pm so anytime before 10 am will be fine. Long story short, the day of the event, Norma sent her young daughter and a young boy to do the event. Young boy was to do backdrop and girl was to decorate tables and chairs. They didn’t bring in the ROUND tables and had to go find some because they were unaware they were supposed to bring it. The first 7 tables that came in, they put on a bright purple overlay (was NOT Eggplant purple). I asked they either put the right color to match the sashes on my chair or change all of it to gold. They said they have gold and will do it. My crew helped put on all the chair covers and sashes because we knew one person wasn’t going to be able to do all of it and get it done on time. 30 minutes before my event starts, the rest of the ROUND tables finally came in. The problem was that there was not enough gold overlays like they had said. Daughter calls mom and then asks me if it’s okay if they do some gold runners. By that time I was so done. I just need something. Guests were arriving, standing around not knowing where to sit or what to do. It was embarssing! 2:00 pm came around (when my event was SUPPOSED to start), the daughter and boy was finally done and left."
