Every guest we spoke to at our wedding complimented us on how wonderful the meal was. The tri-tip was cooked perfectly, the chicken was so savory and their presentation was a thing of beauty. "Our experience with Shandi at Special Times Catering was absolutely amazing! My husband and I had Special Times cater our wedding last September and people are still talking about the food! It was SO good! Throughout the planning process, Shandi was so helpful and accommodated all our requests. The day of the event, the service was outstanding! "Best decision I made was hiring Special Times Catering to cater my daughter’s wedding! I initially hired another local caterer which ended up being a horrible decision and quickly cancelled that contract and booked with Mindy at Special Times Catering. I knew right away I had made the very best decision! Mindy was always so thorough and helpful with walking me through the process of planning and making decisions. They are an amazing company that handles not only the food but also the rentals along with set up, clean up and planning of the timing of events for the entire evening. When we got closer to the date, my daughter and I had an in-person meeting with Shandi, who went over every detail which really helped us think through some critical planning. She even went out of her way to meet me the day before the wedding to pick up the linens so we could have them earlier than the day of. The day of the wedding was PERFECT!
