"Saying I was disappointed and dissatisfied with this location is an understatement. We ordered our food via the in-store kiosk, which was fine. However, after waiting over 20 minutes, I went to the counter, and no one acknowledged me—not the cook who saw me, not the lost-looking staff member, nor the staff member just arriving for their shift. I noticed two hamburgers sitting on the counter by the kitchen and, on another tray, two orders of fries. I hoped they weren’t ours. Finally, someone asked if I needed help, and I showed her my receipt on my phone. I expressed concern that our food might be cold. She checked the food and assured me it was fine. It was not. Both the burgers and fries were very cold. I returned to the counter to ask for a manager. A young staff member said they would remake the food. Someone who I assumed was the manager said it would take five minutes, and it was fast. She tried to make up for it with a coupon. I find this unacceptable for the price. The store wasn’t busy, and I will seriously reconsider returning here."

"Most of the staff is accommodating and provides extra ranch with orders. I highly recommend getting a side of fries and onion rings to share with someone with your choice of burgers and drinks, given the portions are big. Doesn’t feel like “fast food.”"
