"McKenzie helped us. She was helpful, polite and present. The store was clean and had a positive vibe. We wish we would have been told something that the store didn't have could have been ordered from the store to be delivered to our home for free. That was a failure. Overall, we are satisfied."

"Vivian is a nightmare. First sign she was rude was she parked next to us at the front door. Once we got inside we noticed she was our cashier. Should employees be taking up the prime parking spots? As a cashier she was immediately rude. She acted like smiling was against her religion. She was so lazy and low energy, except when it came to banging the heck out of the plastic security tag on our clothing; she had no problem slamming that thing again and again against the Old Navy counter. She ended up making a substantial hole in our clothing. We had to replace it. I would avoid that store just to avoid her! We give her 0 stars. We give Old Navy 4 stars.The quality of their clothing is declining. Our last online order, two out of three items were defective."
