"Kasper Organics has clothing that is truly pure, natural, and certified organic."
"I ordered a pair of cotton tights at the beginning of November, 2016. I never received the product which cost $25.54. Aleta have me the runaround, refusing to refund my money. She said it is my problem that the item was delivered incorrectly. I asked her If she offered signature upon receipt to which she said no, because it costs an extra $2.35 and people do not want to pay it. I said I would have paid it. She said I should have been the one to initiate that service from her. Wrong! It should be offered as an option. After getting the runaround at the post office, I emailed Aleta and said I was disputing the charges and filing a formal complaint. She said it is not her responsibility and as a "courtesy" she would refund 80% of my money. I will not and do not recommend Kasper Organics. I have not dealt with a more unprofessional person as Aleta and company."
"Highly recommended as a go-to online-retailer! I received my original order promptly but the item was too small. I loved the fabric and quality of the product (Maggie's) so I quickly ordered 2 more in a larger size and requested expedited shipping in time for my weekend trip. Aleta rushed the packaging of my order and put it in the mail on the same day to increase the chances I got it by Friday. What incredible customer service! Like dealing with a friend. Couldn't be happier!"
