"Today my dad and I went shopping here for back to school shopping and i wanted Adidas Campuses. We asked the ladies who worked there if they had any and they only had them in the size that was loose on me. They told my dad that they would call Fresno and Hanford but they were sold out as well. These ladies were determined to get me the size i needed! They called Valencia, West Covina, and New Mexico which was crazy all that for me! I felt special today because of these ladies. Until they called a store in Texas and finally found the shoes. These ladies were so so so helpful. After a hour they found the shoes! They didn't give up! I treated these lovely ladies to Starbucks after! I definitely recommend buying shoes here!"

"Verry friendly service very helpful. Good prices Journey store next to the Journeys Kidz. Was not helpfull at all did not even gelp me i needed 4 pairs of shoes. Did not ever speak to me after 10 minutes waiting to be helped. I left and told thank for not helping me at all.Ruid disrespectful people work there I will never go there again. Would nit recommend this store to anyone."

"I asked to see merchandise but no one was around to help so I grabbed it myself next thing I know the salesgirl told me I couldn't grab things without asking. i ended up buying that product only because my son wanted it.My daughter asked to see something else and the salesperson started describing the product because she didn't want to get it down,when I had asked to see the product...if they dont like there nature of there job they are in the wrong business......."
