Great Mall

"Unfortunately, this mall has deteriorated quite a bit over the past few years. Even during normal business hours, several large, notable stores were closed including Nike and Converse. Additionally, the quality of the bathroom maintenance was poor (vomit in sink) and the water fountain did not have any running water. It’s really too bad because it used to be so lively and well-kept."

"This place is so huge. But I only come here for Marshalls and Burlington. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Marshalls here has the best selections of merchandise. I can easily find what I was looking for. It's such a pleasure to shop here. Burlington is a bit of disapointment. A lot of shelves and racks are empty with poor styles and selections."

One aspect that might be less appealing to visitors from the Middle East is the mall's closing time. Most stores in the Great Mall close by 8:00 PM, which is earlier compared to the shopping hours in many Middle Eastern countries, where shops often remain open until 11:00 PM, and dinner is enjoyed as late as midnight. This earlier closing time can be a bit disappointing for those who are accustomed to late-night shopping and dining."
