"I was excited to finally remodel the bathroom and found Toni through some google searches. He seemed amazing in the reviews so I took the family to his show room to take a look. He was very professional and we decided to sign a contract with him to do a full bathroom remodel. I thought he would be more involved in the process, but he came to check on the project one time throughout the two weeks. After the project was completed, I had an issue with a part of the baseboard not adhering to the wall. I messaged Toni and said that he would send someone out to take a look, but no one ever came out. When I followed up with Toni, I was told it would be looked at in a few more weeks. A few weeks go by and no one has shown up yet, so I follow up with Toni again and was ignored. I had to find someone else to fix the issue for me. Another issue I had was that the toilet was wobbly when you sat down and got up from it. At this point, I didn’t feel like reaching out to Toni was going to be helpful anymore, so I called our usual handyman. Upon looking at the issue, our handyman said that the toilet was incorrectly installed. He had to take out the toilet and correctly mount it again. This was an overall disappointment."
