"I got a OBDll Scan Tool with ABS and was going to change my car brakes.When I purchase the device, I clearly ask to one of the store employee that I need to release e-brake on my Audi. He gave me the device but we both weren't sure that will it work or not. When I see even he wasn't sure about the device is gonna work or not I ask them "Hey, what if doesn't connect to my car for any reason?" He told me that, "Yeah, no problem. You have 90 days return policy."I went back home and plugged the device to my car but didn't recognize the car and didn't release the e-brake. I went back to store and they told me they don't have return policy, but they can exchange. I already mentioned that your employees doesn't have enough information about the products in the store, but at least please tell teach them difference between "return" & "exchange". Thank you for $300 worth of garbage!!"
