"Oscar, Raul and Oscar Jr. did such a great job removing my failing Hardi-Slate material and installing a new slate roof. These pictures were taken as they were leaving, and there was no damage to my wood siding or yard; the house looks immaculate. For those that have Hardi-Slate failing, Oscar has light slate it to make the repair. One of the Rosales family members was on site almost all the time, and their roof contractor employees were so respectful and clean. "After 25 years it was time for a roof and necessary to get ready for a solar power system. I contacted Oscar Rosales on the recommendation of a long time friend and neighbor. I could not have received better advice. After Oscar inspected and measured my roof, we discussed my needs and preferences. He layed out my options and made some helpful suggestions. In a short time he sent a proposal for my project. The scope of work, materials to be used, and detailed breakout of additional costs to for "as required" repairs to the underlying structure were all provided. The offer was very reasonable and I accepted.
