"Authentic italian pizza "Tuscan" inspired. Quality ingredients rustic atmosphere wood fired pizza oven. The burrata beet salad is delicious. Local wine with turn of the Century stone building"
"The pizza is one of the best flavored pizza's I have ever had. Although they could take more time making it, instead of just throwing it together. Not enough of what you ordered on the pizza. The size is OK for 2 to share for a quick lunch. But if you are planning on feeding more than two, it gets real pricey to feed 3 or more. Their not very big for the price. You'll spend $$ 50 or more. That being said, I won't be visiting Norcia again."
"Best pizza for 30 miles at least. Friendly great service bit a self service. Decent wine and good beer."
"Well ... I'm back. This time I called in an order for pickup. At times the wait for a table or the food can be long. It depends. The wood fired pizzas are just delicious, just like hie they make ‘em in of Norcia Italy. So they say, I’ll take their word for it since I’ve never been. But you can go to the little old historic town of El Dorado. (Not that far from Placerville and Highway 50). The place is modern and comfortable with a chill, casual atmosphere. Family friendly. It's in a beautifully renovated building. The wood fire pizza oven is unique looking, it’s covered with the pennies. The wood oven sits in the back of the dining area. My go to is the bambino pizza with pepperoni and green olives. The pizza was baked perfectly this time. Last time it was undercooked with the middle of the pizza having a soft wetish middle. So a bit hit or miss. Not this time though. The crust had a beautiful blister and nice soft crisp chew. The castelvetrano olives come from Italy, they have a nice salty, buttery flavor. The pepperoni were little thin slices and when baked, they curled up like little cups with crisp edges and releasing a bit of the greasy tastiness. The pizza had a good number of pepperoni slices. The dining room, with its open wall concept, can get warm in the hot summer months and cold in the winter even with its ceiling fans and heaters. But not so much that it’s unbearable."
"Absolutely delighted with the wood-fired pizza at this place! The crust was perfectly crisp, toppings fresh and flavorful, and the smoky aroma added a delightful touch. Exceptional service and cozy ambiance make it a top-notch experience. A must-try for pizza enthusiasts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
