"Bought one of their protein skimmer two and a half years ago. Since then I had to replace the pump after a year of use. Their customer service representative, Cesar, was not helpful and was very difficult to get on the phone. Although the skimmer was still under warranty I ended up having to buy another one of their pumps from my local fish store. Here it is a year and a half later and that pump burnt out as well. I give up on their garbage and I'll be buying another skimmer from a reliable company that stands by their products."
