"We hired McNeil Construction and Remodeling, Inc. to remodel the kitchen in our older ranch home in Petaluma. From the beginning, we found Brad McNeil easy to work with and very professional. The finished product was outstanding. Brad has an excellent construction team, which includes employees, as well as a group of subcontractor partners that are also among the best. Everything, from basic reconstruction, electrical, plumbing, cabinet making, painting, etc. was performed to the highest professional standards. Brad personally inspected all of the work and, if there was even the smallest problem, he was quick to pull his team back onto the job to make necessary corrections. Importantly, the job was done on time and within budget. From the beginning of the project, all of his trade teams were brought in to evaluate and discuss the project, and make suggestions regarding how design features could be improved. Since the project was completed, Brad and his team have been highly responsive to correcting any problems that have been discovered. For example, a GFI outlet failed and the electrician was out within 24-hours to replace it. A small crack appeared above an outlet where the team had replaced a window, and the painters came back to repair and repaint the wall. A cabinet lighting under-panel that had been missed during installation was fabricated and installed soon after it was discovered. We would recommend McNeil Construction and Remodeling, Inc. to anyone who is looking for a highly professional and cost effective company to perform construction or remodeling work. We continue to rely on Brad to suggest other specialty trade companies (e.g., roofing), and those companies have all performed in an excellent manner. We fully intend to call on Brad again, when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms and as we contemplate other improvements to our home."
