"My first time to DSMLA, and wow what a space and nicely curated pieces. The boy that helped us was so nice and friendly, sadly couldn’t recall his name. We came at the last half hour of closing, and he was patient and walked us through the space and explained each collection. This was one of the highlights during my LA trip!"
"I have been to the Dover Street Market Ginza many times, but this was my first time at the Los Angeles location. First, I want to say that whoever runs the DSMLA Instagram is extremely helpful and kind. There was a F/W drop for Noir Kei Ninomiya the exact weekend I was visiting LA, and there was a particular shoe I wanted. The person who runs the Instagram was able to let me know that the DSMLA location did receive the product, so I was able to know beforehand that they had what I needed. In regards to the storefront itself--just like Ginza, it is gorgeous. I am all about the sacai, Noir Kei Ninomiya, Comme de Garcons in fashion, so this is kind of museum on top of being a store. A tiny bit of a shadier area, and wouldn't want to walk around the area with an expensive purchase, but luckily easy to get dropped off with Uber, or park, since they had their own dedicated parking lot. It was slightly busy when I got there, but the person that helped me grab a size was very helpful and not pushy. They had my exact size, and I am happy with my experience, especially knowing beforehand that they had the product."
"While visiting to take photos with our old retro medium format cameras, we discovered this gem of a fashion store. After browsing and purchasing some T-Shirts for my son we decided to have some refreshments on a warm So-Cal Day. We may not be famous but we sure appreciate the diversity in front line designer clothes and the sereneness of Rose Bakery Cafe where my son took an impromptu group portrait controlling the camera with his phone. Left to Right Architect Marie-Claude Soulard, Taiwanese American Designer FU, Film maker hopeful Matias my son and this Photographer Gabriel. What a great Cafe to unwind and hang with old friends."
"I love shopping at Dover Street Market Los Angeles. The blend of high-fashion and urban vibes is totally on point. The curated collection of exclusive pieces feels like discovering fashion gold . It’s a go-to spot for those craving something seriously cool and different in the fashion scene."
"DSMLA was fabulous! The vignettes were pristine, the decor minimal but artistic. The workers weren’t pushy. I did have to track someone down to get in a fitting room. It wasn’t busy. The hardest part was finding parking but when we left we discovered the lot which wasn’t half full, so we know for next time. Great experience."
