"Updated Review: Had a really terrible experience with pickup today. Pickup order was 45 minutes late. Order was scheduled to be picked up at 5:30, I arrived at that time and was told to wait as only half of my order was ready, no big deal. I sat down and waited 20 minutes, asked about my order, was told the sushi bar was busy and it would be ready soon, so I sat back down. After 15 more minutes I asked again and was told that they were remaking my entire order because the two entrees should have come out at the same time. I did not leave with my order till 6:15, extremely frustrating as other pickup/dine in orders seemed to be moving fine. No one seemed concerned or really able to say why it was so late compared to all the other orders that came and went. I appreciate them remaking the first part of the order so it was not cold. Also I am not sure how it happened, but the styrofoam container that the remade food was in, had melted holes straight through in spots which made the fried veggies inedible as there was Styrofoam melted to them. I guess they put them in too hot? Not sure, as I have not seen that before. At least the food was fresh and tasted good in the end but I won't do pickup again from here. "Yesterday, I dined at this restaurant for the first time with a group of 3 other people. The service was not good. Our waiter kept leaving the table saying he would come back to check on us or refill our water and would take forever to actually return. We waited almost two hours for our sushi to get to the table. At the almost two hour mark, our waiter came out at one point and told us “not to worry” the staff were just running behind. We ordered six rolls total. The restaurant didn’t seem overly busy for a Friday night, but they definitely were having problems keeping up. I don’t think I would try it again with the poor service and long wait. The rolls themselves were pretty good. I didn’t like how one of the rolls was cut into four giant, triangle pieces instead of traditional round pieces. I also didn’t like how we all ordered separately and all of our food came on the same tray- making it awkward reaching over people to get the food we each individually ordered."
