"I have been trying to call Hudson Hungry Howies once a minute for about a half hour. Clearly they have left the phone off the hook. I wamted a chicken bacon ranch specialty so bad but the local store is a joke."
"I guess now under new management order a sub was charged extra 1.49extra for lettuce1.49 tomatoes and1.49 extra for peppers. I can see if I didn't buy that sub. Then got rude and was told to never come back Wow I'll never eat their again was a regular customer."
"The boneless wings were amazing very tasty and soft highly recommend also the cheese bread is very tasty as well very good price for around here :):)"
"we were one of the only ones to have an order placed so late, and they burnt my Works pizza."
"Editing as there is a now a generic reply my review: The business DID try to fix this issue but it was the Market House manager (who was VERY SWEET) that called to talk to us NOT the General Manager of HH that wasn't too busy to call and threaten us withink 15 min of the mistake on a regular day. The complimentary pizzas weren't even all correct. On top of that all we still observed improper mask usage which is unfortunate considering they are food handlers. Recently moved back to the area and the kids were looking forward to HH pizza so we decided to order last night. I called the order in, chatted with the guy on the phone about what we should get to feed approx 10 people. We agreed on one $20 special and then I thought I had asked for a combination pizza, another pepperoni pizza, and some bread. My mom stopped in on the way home to pick it up and the girl at the window couldn't find the order. They finally did and she was ready to pay and the girl told her that it was paid for and it was on the receipt. So she thought that I had paid over the phone and brought it home. We didn't get what we thought we had ordered but the price did reflect what we received so it wasn't a huge deal. We were just finished with dinner and my mom asked me if I paid for it. I told her I didn't and she said she was going to when she got there and we were in the middle of talking about it when I saw that I missed a call. The voice mail verbatim is: "Hello, my name is Tony, I'm the General Manager at the Hudson Hungry Howies. I was going over information and found that with your order you had not paid. We're going to need you to come back up here by the end of tomorrow to pay unfortunately otherwise we may have to press charges. I would much rather not have that be the case but this is a very serious matter. Please contact us back and we will get this taken care of as quickly as possible." Now, we had just realized that it wasn't paid for and had no problem with paying for the order even though it was wrong. HOWEVER, THREATENING TO PRESS CHARGES?! I mean come on. I have been in customer service for years and that is NOT the way to talk to someone nor is that the way to leave a message and make sure that a situation won't be potentially escalating. Not only did he lie to my mother saying he wasn't there last night (he apparently only came in 30 min later to call and harass us via voicemail) when she went back in to pay tonight, no one even offered the solution of payment-by-phone. They would rather be nasty and pushy to their customers. Unfortunately, we will be calling their corporate as we feel that if they were that rude to us it isn't the first time. Had they just called and said "Hey, looks like your bill didn't get paid. Could you please call us?" this would never have become an epically long review. Also, We noticed tonight that not one mask on any employee amid the re-opening due to COVID."
