"This place is usually very accommodating and they have very nice staff. Today for some reason a staff named Bot or Bon(Haitian or African dark skinned gentleman; name tag was not clear) was not pleasant nor understanding when I was at the register. I have had avocado swapped out for goat cheese(my current health situation does not allow me consume it) and it’s never been an issue here nor at other locations. Today it was so much of an issue and I offered to pay the price difference(50-60 cents) between the 2, and I was met with a rather unpleasant approach. There was no other options offered since I’m unable to consume this cheese and I inquired if there was an allergy issue, he mentioned boiled eggs for example could be swapped out if the same price. He explained how long he worked with the company, which is great, but this is a new thing that has popped up. I inquired if I could speak with someone else and was informed I could not for whatever reason. It got to the point where I told him that they could grab some tongs to remove the avocado because it seemed like a very unnecessary conversation that was not going well. I am surprised because this location has never given me an issue and this was not the kind of service that was expected."

"The food is ok but I found this bug climbing from the bottom of the bowl while I was eating the salad. Food safety and preparing is a concern."

"First time visiting Boston and dined in with my colleague. What an absolute disappointment. First off, the staff were not friendly and very pushy. They didn’t have working water and forced us to purchase $4 sparkling water. The tables and counters were all pretty dirty and not well maintained. As for the food, I tried the steak salad ($17). It was 95% lettuce, and the small amount of steak I found was gristly and unappetizing. Really a letdown and nothing I would ever return to. I don’t understand the hype here. I love a healthy meal, but it needs to be both edible and a good value. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"Amazing Sweetgreen outlet design, I loved the way fresh vegetables where displayed on the side rack. And the service was great! So was the portion quantity. As in many locations I have seen discrimination based on quantity of the salad. Anyways nothing can beat SPICY CASHEW Dressing!"
