"Do not come to this store for help. The manager was completely unprofessional when trying to help us with a wallet and keychain that broke just after we purchased it. She processed the repair before sharing that it would be over 6 weeks before it could be worked on. Then she refused to give the wallet back because she processed the repair. She then made US call customer service who agreed with us and overrode her poor decision making and lack of customer support. Would never return to this location."
