"I went in for yet another live scan today for work and low and behold the office that was supposed to be open, was closed. This was my 3rd time experiencing this this year. There was another lady there to get her live scan done as well. She was dressed in nurses scrubs and was pretty upset that she wasted her time going there when the website said they would be open. This is a really bad business practice that causes a lot of problems for the people who rely on your service."
