Despite my attempts to explain the issue in detail, I was met with a lack of empathy and understanding. my experience with Customer Service was frustrating and left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the company's handling of my issue. Ive been to many salon centric stores for years and this store in Downey never fails when it comes to costumer service."

"They were nice over on the phone , but once I had arrived, and was about to pay my purchase. The staff asked me if I had a cosmetic license, or proof that I'm a student to purchase hair rubber bands. I never heard of needing those type of things to purchase rubber bands... Then the lady had the nerves to say I didn't ask on the phone, where to I feel like as her job is to inform the customers. If this is a REAL thing, they should had mentioned that on the phone before making the customer trip an inconvenience.. I honestly felt judged ,as if my money wasn't good to them."
