"I went to the salon and I asked for layers bell has cut my hair before, but at this time she took some thinning shears to my hair and chop my hair up so bad that it looks like tumbleweed bell had the nerve to say that I went somewhere else I was set back by that I didn’t approach her soon after the haircut because I was in embarrass, I’m not that type of person to complain, but I went to several beauty supply salons and they told me that the thinning shears were not used appropriately. My hair is frizzy all different sizes. I went back to her salon to show her and she accuse After knowing Bell for a long time she didn’t take it well that she messed up my hair. Please do not go to this place because she does not know how to cut hair and does not ask your permission to do anything different. She never asked me if I wanted my hair thinned she lies even though she seems like a sweet person I found out who she really is I don’t recommend the salon."

"I was very pleased with the services I received! The ladies were great! Tori gave me a great haircut and color!!! She also gave me a lot of great tips to improve the condition of my hair and how to keep my purple color longer, to keep it from fading fast. Didn’t realize how bad Head & Shoulders is for color treated hair! Also learned to never use coconut oil in my hair before getting it dyed! Will continue to come here for my services!"
