"They deserve to be reported to better business because they don't even deserve any star. I purchased the special they use as bait to TAKE your money WITHOUT providing any services. I was told that they were booked all week and asked what I wanted done and what color I wanted and to send a picture of my hair and the color I wanted so I did. She said she would get back to me and didn't so I called again a week later. She asked me AGAIN to send a picture of my hair and what color I wanted and said she would have to order it if she didn't have it and that she DIDN'T know how long it would take her to do my hair and that "I needed to pay a $100 deposit BEFORE she would give me an appt." I questioned why I had to pay her $100 when I already paid for the services through Groupon? She said to find someone else then SHE REDEEMED MY VOUCHER!! B. E. W. A. R. E. OF THIS SALON They are rude unprofessional I'm actually glad she didn't do my hair with her attitude I can only imagine what she would have done to it."
