"My family was on vacation and my daughter wanted to dye her hair brown. We spent 7 hours of our last whole day at the salon mostly waiting for her to get done with numerous other people. By the time we knew it was all bad, it was too late to just leave with our hair bleached or unwashed. She said we were going to be twins with a golden brown hair or light brown and our hair turned out yellow and orange. She told me she had been doing hair for 9 years. She brushed my hair waaay too hard and rough where my head was jerking and I believe she messed up our hair on purpose. She seemed nice in the beginning but her work is horrible! You can't see it in the picture, but I am bright yellow and orange and so is my daughter. She charged us $190 each after messing up our hair and spending hours and hours there. She tried to play it off like it looked good on me but I have dark tan skin so yellow and orange makes me look weird. Don't spend your money or time here."

"I have 4 women in my household and they all have different hair styles that need their own special attention. They always come home happy after visiting Jazzin it up Salon. They have 8 or more spacious stations, each with a new comfy chair. 4 washing stations and 5 sit down dryers in a separate room with mood lighting and soft music. There is nice artwork all around the salon. They serve water, coffee, sodas, juices and even wine. There is also a separate stylist room with 2 chairs for those times a little privacy is needed. The front room at the entrance has enough couches and space to spread out while you wait. Being in between Ladera Heights and Baldwin Hills means it's right in the center of West LA and is easy to get to from anywhere. They take care of you here at Jazzin It Up Salon."
