Reviews
"The energy should given to the customer so we can go back. Today this lady’s seem to be more interested in my money than my service. SMH!"
"They didn’t honor their gift certificate. I bought two certificate for my parents and ($20.00-15 minutes foot massage) and they charged them $100 extra. What’s the point for the gift certificate"
"It’s not closed it’s open, but because of how bad their reviews are they marked this business as closed I guess they don’t customers for see their bad reviews. Terrible attitude. They get upset if you don’t tip what they WANT. I put tip on tip jar and she took it out and told me too little. Do not recommend and will never come back. They need to change their attitude. Tip is based on service and it’s not a Fee. I was so tempted to go back and get my $20 tip back but fighting with them is worthless since they don’t even understand english and like another review said “they speak in their language and laugh” and it’s clear that they’re talking about you. Massage was good but I will NEVER comeback."
"Was walking around with my husband and I guess the owner or whoever overheard me walking by saying I wanted to get in the mall massage chairs..so he hounded me to come in and was literally not taking no for an answer..had his hands on my back until I said yes out of pressure. The woman doing my massage was actually very good and put a lot of pressure and got to all my knots, but what killed it for me was she was pressuring and literally following me around for a tip when I was going to tip her anyway. I paid for the massage with my husband's card and told her I wanted to tip cash and to let me get my wallet. She literally tried to hold on to my husband's card until she got her tip lol until another employee said something to her in their language is when she gave my card back. You can't do that in America, no one owes you a tip in America, it is purely by choice. Tipping is no problem for me but when you hound and follow your black customers for a tip that's a sure way to never have them return. I went out the door where my husband was so I could get my wallet and give her a cash tip like I said I would, and can you believe she followed me OUT THE DOOR for that little tip?? Umm we don't do that here in America, if you were working anywhere else besides with your people you'd be fired for that. Lastly, they scammed me out of an extra 5 mins..I said over and over I only wanted the 20 min massage so why when I get done they are charging me for a 25 min??? When I repeatedly asked even in the middle of my service. No integrity here. I see why you have to force people walking by to come in, because who would return to get treated this way? Massage was great, that's it. Glad I know about y'all so I can avoid at all costs."
"for the first time i went in for a 15 min massage and it cost $20. and while I was being massage on my neck another employee asked If they can massage my feet. I said yea sure . Later 3 min into the feet rub, another employee said it'll be 20 . and I said" for what my massage? " and he said "yes and 20 for your feet " & I said " no thanks I only want the massage for 15 minutes for $20" keep in mind that I didn't know what was included in the 15 min massage. and the misuse who was rubbing my feet rubbed of the product roughly off my feet and lowered down my pants with an attitude. and then they persuade to talk in their language and laughed. I felt uncomfortable. Never going back."
