"Rude asians and the masseuse are fighting and screaming at each other at the employee room. I cancelled my time the moment this lady comes to me and acting mad and very demanding. My partner went did his for hes hurting but the lady said, ' hey pay first and how much tip do you want to put' my partner was just too nice and says ' dont i put the tip after the massage?' with his head shaking, signaling me this is not a good place. The front lady who turn out to be his massuese was just interrupted in and out of the massage room talking to the co-massuese whom she had a fight prior in asian language. It is also a skeptical place for the wall says Acid Base Health Center where this is closed. Wonder if they are operating at a diffent name under New East."
"Worst place ever. I have lymphadema and they told me before I booked my appointment that they know how to massage it. I had a nice lady Sissy but she didn't have any experience at all. I had to guide her the whole hour. It was not healing and relaxing at all. They asked me to pay ahead and tip more than 30% of the cost of the massage. I thought it will be great coming to a healing and wellness place. This is not!"
