"Beautiful area, all along the trail you have running water. With very easy flat terrain, we even seen someone with a stroller. Perfect for kids takes a good 30 min. to waterfall with little ones stopping along the way."
"I hiked this on Sunday, March 10, 2024 just days following multiple waves of decent rainfall. As such, Buck Gulch Falls were super-charged and the creek along the trail was bubbly and lively. The trail is an easy out-and-back trail, with only the minor inconveniences of two instances of having to cross the creek over planks and logs. I arrived at 8:30am and squeezed into the last parking spot available near the trailhead. I saw a few groups of hikers during our out-and-back hike, but on our return saw hordes of other hikers making their way to the falls. When we got back to our car, I noticed a queue of cars trying to find parking. Advice is to come before 9:00am if you like a bit of solitude and easy parking. Note: the trail is actually on private property, so show respect and stay on the trail."
"No Yosemite, but nice small falls after a good rain. Easy hike quarter mile or so hike in, fairly level."
"Buck Gluch Falls Trail starts at a residential entrance. Free parking on the streets. Good signage leads the way. The air is crisp, clean, and fresh on this early morning day. Stay on the trail. Watch for coyote and rattlesnakes. Paved and unpaved trails out and back. Flat trails with some incline. Love the sound of water from the creek. No public restroom available."
"Nice hiking trail that is mostly flat and smooth wide path. Unfortunately due to the time of year and drought the waterfall was dry. It's about a 2 mile round-trip to the waterfall. Parking is on residential street and can be limited."
