"Admittedly, I always dread going to the DMV. We all do, right? But I psyched myself up for this, and, most importantly, I made an appointment first (online). That is truly the key. Even though I had an appointment, it was still a 40 minute wait. But once I got to the window the clerk was friendly, efficient, and I was out in 5 minutes. The lines were very long and I heard someone saying she waited 2 hours. It was a Monday morning which I'm guessing is one of their busiest. I appreciate the workers who must deal with all kinds of people all day long."

"Awful service!! The white old guy in charge of checking appointments and documents is a nightmare. He is racist. He is only there to make the DMV procedures harder and more difficult. He should be fired or trained at least to be kind and respectful."

It's pathetic that this location hires ignorant people to take charge of the delicate information of others. How do you work at the DMV yet are clueless about the policies?"

"The kind of racist power tripping people that works at this DMV is atrocious. The way they talk to people of color is demeaning! They think they own people who can't speak English or defend themselves is a disgrace, I'm so appalled by their work ethics-unfortunately I'm not surprised. One of the driving instructor who is also the supervisor needs to learn how to treat people better. No wonder the department is so bad."
