Reviews
"Redwoods are the most beautiful sentient beings on this planet. I can't understand why these trees at one time were cut down."
"Looked like a super beautiful trail, but we noticed poison oak encroaching into the trail from both sides, head height. Green and red The park service managing these trails should put signs up warning the public that might not even know what to look for, as it would be a badddd 2 weeks if you blazed through the amount of poison oak we saw in just the first part of to trail from highway 199. Poor management of trails and education here. Road noise for the first 1/4 mile was pretty unbearable."
"Nice trail along Smith River. Nothing too extreme, and it connects to other trails so you can explore more areas. Depending on the season certain areas are closed off. Always check with the NPS site for updates/closures! Lots of mushrooms so keep your eyes open up, down, and all around you."
"Beautiful easy little walk. This trail is absolutely lined with poison oak though as of summer 2021. During the winter it was perfect."
"Hard to find. And the path is rocky in places. But the place is pretty. Worth it."
