"Great location behind rotten robbies ,and cheap storage rate"
"(Note: I have worked in customer service since 1991) I was calling around to get information about availability, pricing, and specials. I called Geissler Southwest Mini Storage, I got the answering machine which cut off half way through the message, so I called back to leave a message and the information I was calling about was on the machine but spoken extremely fast, so I called back a 3rd time to jot down the info but it was dead air, so I tried one more time and a man answered (owner/manager) yelling and very rudely asked, "Is there a reason why you have called a number of times and left no message?!?" I was shocked at the lack of customer service and explained what happened, he was still rude and said, "Well then what do you want!!??" I said, "I will continue to call other places and will not be renting from him or his facility due to his unprofessionalism. Have a wonderful day." Then I hung up. I do not recommend this business."
