"Overall i lije this car wash i appreciate the towels they lend us to dry our cars. And the vacuum system is awesome i was upset 1 week because the little blow hose they had was not attached and i thought they removed them but they were back the next week. Im glad too or else j would have cancelled the membership because that is why i like this car wash. Nice staff most of the time. The smaller lady could use a little more hospitality training shes always grumpy"

"I have been consistently disappointed with the quality of service at your location. Despite my loyalty and regular visits, my vehicle has not been properly washed on multiple occasions. After the washing form all around the car, the most recent visit on 07/15/2024 was the final disappointment, and I have decided to explore alternative options for my car wash needs. I canceled my 3 cars membership from here. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to improve your services."

"I Normally don't do reviews, but this place is a nuisance. This place has great business practice, you think you're getting one month of car washes. But you really get a month to month subscription plan that employees don't mention. Also the entrance to this carwash is really narrow and cause damage to vehicle's wheels. I should of just read the reviews and receipt. Not to mention the receptionist for reimbursements is a class act. Well done management and owners will be proud of you doing shady business. BBB needs to investigate this dump"

"My visit was a pretty disappointing experience. Tried to stop by for a quick wash and ended having my rear windshield wiper broken off. The manager made an inexperienced employee do the incident report, then later claimed through a phone call that the car wash was not liable for damages. When pressed for more information, she only repeated that the car wash was not liable. The wash itself was not much better. The water itself was spotty and parts of my car were still dirty after passing through. Were it not for the free towels, they would still be dirty. TL;DR: Do yourself a favor and go to another car wash. The wash is subpar and the customer service is underwhelming."

"Better than before service. But they're need more careful control machine washing enter railroad. My driver side front and back wheels have so many damages. I complained but they are no responsibility. Please, have more responsibility for customers. Also, water spots a lot. The good one is the location!"
