"I always get my gas from Shell from this gas station cuz it's always by the freeway today at 4:30 in the morning I went to get air since my tire was low that I needed to put air and I always come over here to put gas so I decided to go in if they could turn on the compressor to fill my tire and a lady with highlights said its broken obviously in the state of California if you request for air they're supposed to be to turn it on the compressor for free and she said it wasn't working and I decide to swipe my card and the machine was working so I would never come back here again to buy gas or to get air"

"2 different times I have come here to use my Ralph’s fuel rewards. Both times whoever has been behind the counter has rang it up front and I have lost my rewards. I am very displeased and will be taking my $300 fill up somewhere where they know how to do there job. I do not recommend this location to anyone. And there prices are higher than everyone else around."

"The man behind the counter was talking to a coworker for a long time about quitting and putting in the 2 weeks notice. Then finally decided to turn to help me. I had lotto tickets. I was trying to buy more. He told me, he's just gonna pay me out. I asked if he was going to let me buy the tickets. He said maybe later. Maybe he should just quit. Horrible service."

"Signs advertised 2 for $5. When I paid the sale did not pop up. When I asked for the discount and asked for the advertised price I was told it wasn’t possible. Not sure why it was being advertised. I was made to felt i was holding up the line so I paid the full price without advertised discount."
