"I went there last week to get work done on a red 2013 edge. I was helped by Ja’Rhyl (spell?) and Luis. And the rest of the team at this location. They were really kind answered all my questions and helped me with the best recommendations for the services I needed to get my mom’s car fixed. We did break fluid and transmission fluid. I’ve been coming to this jiffy line for years and they always give excellent service and their customer service is always very professional. They are quick and kind. Appreciate you all there. 5/5 stars always. Thankyou for your hard work."

"Do you have an hour to wait? Do you not care that every bolt and nut will be tight and ready to go? If not, then don't go to this spot. My lower Under Body Air Deflector was not reattached correctly. When I returned, the crew said that I was pressuring them to finish--- after an hour -- unbelievable. And the Supervisor said (paraphrased "everything is ok"...) I would offer that everything is not ok. You have been advised."

"An hour and 1/2 for an oil change with only one other customer. Exactly how is that "Jiffy"? Rude employees and let my car in the lot, unlocked and unattended. Def will be going back to Valvoline."

"Service is typically what you expect from a place like this. Not great, not normally terrible. Having said that, I will pay a recent experience: I show up at 7:30am. All bays are full, but no other cars waiting. I park behind one of the bays waiting for someone to come out. But no, eye contact yes, but am ignored right away. I decide to go in, thinking maybe the supervisor is inside checking someone in or out, but at the register there is no one. I wait, again employees see me, but do nothing about it. So I go back to my car, and while I went in someone else showed up and are being helped by the same person that saw me pull up behind a bay when it was just me. So long story short: their service is terrible, they are more expensive than other places, they don’t rotate tires or check fluids. Skip this place."

"Fast service and the employees are very cordial. However, the prices are much higher than mom-and-pop shops around, and they try to sell you services you don't necessarily need right then."
