"I was there today or Sunday afternoon June 2nd and had a bad experience at the car wash. The older gentleman that did my car left it looking very bad and when I pointed out the things he missed he didn't want to correct anything so I paid for detailing and my car is still very dirty"

"I filled out gas and got car wash on 07/23/2023, when tried to go for wash, it was closed, went to talk to the employee for refund, employee said he can't, call later and talk to manager. Called later and talked to manager, manager was so rude, she said just give this to anybody you know in LA, I am from TX, was traveling, there is no way I am going back to LA for a $12.99 car wash; Shell Co should take there logo out of this store, they just want to ripe you, if car wash is close, they close the option of buying the car wash at the pump"

"Be on the lookout for their sneaky cashier Gladys because she pocketed the cash for the customer next to me and told me I was pumping their money into my car so she made me.oay for their gas. Only to find out I ended up pumping gas for two cars and a transaction worth 80$ when it shouldve been 35$. Thee slimiest place I've ever been too and the cashier's are crooks. I spoke to customer service who said they will look into it and I'm now on the 2nd week of reviewal I hope she finds a new job as the bathroom janitor for that store and doesn't deserve to be behind the counter."

"First issue was the pump wouldn't pump 91 and the guy said I didn't know how to use the pump yet he wouldn't come out to show me how this state-of-the-art, revolutionary fuel pump works... (sarcasm) But I managed to get the 89 to work.. that one must of been easier to work... Then, I paid for a car wash and all was good until I pulled forward to drive thought the air dryer as I have a few times before and the thing just turned off before I even got to the dryer. I told the guy and he said that my truck was too big for it... (2016 Tahoe on all original parts) nothing been modified. So I went back and took my civic through and guess what! The piece of junk turned of right as I pulled up to it! guess what he said this time! The air dryer isn't messed up, I just took too long to pull up... Yet again he wouldn't go out to watch me use it to make sure it was the equipment. The car (corolla) behind me had the same issue... he wouldn't refund the money and said its not his problem. Shut this place down!"

"Rude staff... Very unhelpful. I paid for the top tier carwash and as the green light turned on to exit the carwash it started spraying soap on my car and the dryer never turned on. When I went inside to to let the girl know the only response I got was a finger pointing up at a sign reading "no refund on car wash". I said I don't want a refund I want a dry car. So she gave me a number to call. I stopped outside and called.. only to realized she gave me the number to the store phone that was ringing right behind her as she ignored it. The happened a few months ago and I haven't been back since. I used to go to this location once a week for almost 10 years to full up and get a car wash. I the clerk's name was Brenda"
