"Worst car wash even. No water used, brushes running over dirt without rinsing car first. Mobile station on Bellflower couple block away is significantly cheaper and does a far better job. Owner is only looking to make a buck ripping customers off. No pride in his business."
"Closed for break on a Monday at 5:30 p.m. everyday at 5 am been going here for 40 years not any more Chevron On Bellflower and Los Coyotes diagonal Always open"
"Yeah leave the wash open. If you don’t like dealing with it stop working there. There is still people Iike that in the work place?? Gas is going away and automation will be taking over soon too. Wake up. And leave the carwash open. I bet it’s just that cone in front of it. It’s just a cone…oops. Now if it’s blocked by something bigger we’ll know this was read. Lol. And whoever complains about the car wash tell them to wash their car at home. Oh and tell them to use the touch free option if it scratched their car. Why anybody lets those car washes slap their car with those swirl machines is beyond me. Yeah those car washes create swirls. I’m not getting into all that I’m going to this car wash now it’s before 10:00 it better be open or good bye cone. Lol. Oh now the carwash isn’t operational at all. A lot of people use that car wash I’m sure Its a good source of revenue. It’s worth the headache of keeping it operating. I suggest getting a touch free only system. Look at a PCW-210 they retail for $7500.00 its similar to what you have now without the brush system. Those brush’s are what create the issues because of all the sensors they require. With out those it’s just a rolling pressure washer and blower system."
"I get off of work late. Didn't have an issue using the car wash last week after work around 11:00PM Went today and pulled into the wash and paid. The clerk was walking to throw out trash and told me NO! After my payment had gone through. There are no signs stating the hours of the wash nor were there any cones blocking the wash from being used. She refunded my money but stated she gets too many "complaints" about the wash and it's closed after 10. I stated I used it a few days ago after 10:00PM and she just said "yeah the carwash never runs after 10:00PM cause of "complaints" from a "guy". I live down the street and have used it multiple times after the time she stated. Depends on the clerk working I guess. This one didn't want to deal with it cause of "complaints". Again, there is no hours or operation for the car wash nor were there any cones blocking the car wash from being used."
"I almost never write reviews but I think it's important people have a chance to know what they're getting into doing business at this place. I went in, told a young, female cashier (who looked fresh out of high school) for $15 on my pump number (#1). I handed her a $20, she gave me five back in change. I went outside to pump gas but after a few tries with no luck, I went back inside to ask to move pumps real quick because it appeared the pump I was at was not working. The young cashier then tried to convince me that I had asked for the gas on pump #5. I told her that was not the case, I explicitly remembered checking and double-checking the pump number. I realized that it was possible I had made a mistake, but why would she not just move it over to the correct pump? Well, she said the person at the other pump had pumped all fifteen bucks of *my* gas already and there was nothing they could do. I told her she was definitely mistaken, but they wouldn't have it. Finally I caused enough of a scene to get them to talk to the manager hiding away in the back room. After making me wait 10 or 15 minutes at the front (during which I never interrupted any purchases, did not interfere with business, and never insulted them -- though I did use a few strong words), they came back with the manager and told me they had reviewed camera footage. They realized that the cashier WAS in fact mistaken and that they were sorry for the 'inconvenience.' I pumped my gas as quickly as possible and got out of there before they tried to scam me some more. STAY AWAY, for your own sake! Wish I could rate this 0 stars, they earned it."
