"I went it to get a wheel alignment on March 11th 2024 at 5:30pm. I got out around one hour later. After a few minutes on the road, I noticed that my wheel alignment issue had been made worse. I called in about 15 minutes after I had left to let them know of the issue and I was told that the wheel alignment mechanic had left for the day and to come back the next day. I came back the next day March 12 at 8:00am right when they opened to be seen. I was told the fix would take 45 minutes and I had been waiting past 10:00am. I had work to go to and I ended up being late. No one explained to me what was happening. Update: They did not notify me when my vehicle was ready. I had to go up to the counter to ask."

"Pros: Open 7 days per week Cons: Didn't show me what was wrong before writing up a work order for thousands of dollars. Didn't give me the old parts. Left the car for 4 hours and got charged $1400 in labor. Will get another mechanic to double check that anything was done at all."
