"BEWARE METRO PARKING AUTHORITY. They are refusing to dismiss a parking ticket I received at a different station (same rules) on a technicality even though I proved I paid the fee through the parking app. Continuing to fight this injustice would cost more money. Also you are now required to enter your TAP card number when parking to prove you are a Metro rider and not just using the lot (this was not my issue; I paid the fee and also rode the train)."
