"Honestly, their service has gone down. For $20 I expect them to do the job their paid to do. They let the car sit in the sun, so now I've got some water spots in the back. Haven't even checked the roof yet. I ask for the regular wash #1 because I don't like Armorall on my dash and door panels, but the guy still puts #3. I tell him just to wipe down the panels with a wet rag and they don't even do that. They didn't completely vacuum the interior cabin. To top it off, they notify me that my cars ready but there's no tire dressing on the tires and my rims don't look washes or cleaned...so what gives?... this is the 3rd time I'm dissatisfied. Good luck my friend... thumbs down x 3"
"So I brought in my Kia Sorrento because it was god awful dirty. Service was good, but cleaning... eh, they can do better. I mean, my car is clean and all, but they could vacuum better and my windows and rims are still somewhat smugged. Not bad service, but not the best around"
