"The price discount for Winston cigarettes clearly advertised says save $2.50 when you buy 2 packs and a total of $7.57 per pack. Instead, I was only given a discount of only $2.20 per pack, and then the woman just stands spitting out word salad like she doesn't understand. You work here, you should know what you're doing and how to operate a cash register properly. CA law states that customers pay the advertised price. If the discount changed but was still left to show, then you are obligated to provide the advertised discount. But no, not these people. Ripping people off is not a way to do business, especially with the Chevron being on the sign. Shame on you for being crooked. Why is it so hard to find honest people, not trying to rip everyone and their mother off in this town?"

"I visited the Chevron in Long Beach on August third as a customer to grab coffee and use the restroom. As a female Uber driver, I often face difficulties using restrooms at various businesses, with many turning me away. However, at this Chevron, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed me to use the restroom without hesitation, had fresh coffee ready, and were very polite. Additionally, they explained their rewards program and informed me that I could get donuts for a dollar. Their kindness and service are greatly appreciated."

"The older short indian guy always asks if you are the individual listed on the credit card when making a payment. Even if one were using a stolen credit card, no one in their right mind would admit to this so why this guy asks over and over is beyond me but it's a good indicator that his IQ is 2 digits at most."

"If I can give a zero star, I would. This place is a scam. Please make sure you check to see if the gas comes out from the pump or not. I finished the pump and got back into the car, but it still showed low fuel. I made a quick pump because it is close to home, but there was nth came out from the pump and the meter was keep on rolling. I want to made sure, I back up the car and did the pump again and still nth came out. I went in and told the clerk they said the gas is in my tank and I need to drive my car for the gas meter to go up. I asked them to come and check my car and they said how can they know. I’m driving the Honda civic 2020, it is showing the miles on the dashboard. They act like I’m pumping the air into my tires that I need to drive so it can calibrate them. SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"Really DISGUSTING water to clean your windows and extreamly low. I took a picture of it so you all can see but i guess they didnt want it up. The guy working there came out and stood at the entrance and was mad dogging me for taking a picture of it. Bad vibes. Honestly go and check out that water tho, looks worse than sewer water."
