"I’ve been going here for years and their service has gone down the drain. I dropped my car off to be washed and was told it would take an hour and half. I came back a little over an hour later and my car was still sitting there dirty and untouched. His excuse was a car was blocking another car. I noticed several luxury vehicles that weren’t there when I arrived were being cleaned instead. He didn’t make sense at all and it was a bunch of excuses. Two weeks prior to this, my partner brought our other vehicle to be washed and specifically asked for the bed of the truck to be cleaned. Came back two hours later and the bed was untouched and had to wait an additional hour. Get it together!"

"Just for begin my car is a 2013 Malibu with 110 thousand miles & Im the original/only owner. Never detailed just always washed & kept clean. I live near Tiny so wanted to give them a try. I started with my interior few months ago & was very pleased. Seats & carpet came out very nice! I was hesitant on the outside only because of a few bad reviews but took it back. Reminder never detailed the outside & 95% of the scratches / oxidation came out & paint smooth as if new. I would recommend. Price fair. Everyone's experience is different, just saying..."
