"Found a parking spot on the fourth floor, but in the elevator, there was a sign saying you need a permit to park on the 3-4th floor. So I moved to the 2nd level, and I was lucky to get the very last compact spot. But once again, I found another sign on the stairs that said you need a permit to park above the ground floor. I decided to leave my car there and nothing happened. This garage needs to be more specific about its rules. Parking is very limited. You may have better luck if you can fit into a compact spot. And because I went to the library I got a good discount."
